The location of this place is great, being very close to the city center, shopping areas, the lakefront, and restaurants.

We had a very lovely stay for a single night during road trip.

We have booked apartment with good facilities. This hotel was located in a central area close to shops, a variety of restaurants and bars, the lake and CENTRE OF TAUPO.

I liked everything about this motel I stayed at one of the best sky city hotel at Auckland and ibis rotorua but Courtney motel was any day better than all hotel i stayed.

Only that they don't have AC and in afternoon becomes hot sometime

the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. the location is particularly good and comfortable, 2 km from Ac Baths. 3. It's set in a nice quiet area adjacent to the garden and the lake.

The room was very comfortable, even had a spa bath. The facilities were good and the staff very helpful. It was excellent value for money.

Location was pretty good....a 10min walk to the center shops and restaurants. The staff were SUPER friendly!!!! I was treated like a Queen!!! Upgraded at no extra cost because of my length of stay!! Fantastic given they were full every night!!!

The woman on the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, the rooms were light and spacious considering the price. Huge bed, good shower water pressure. Very well located on the edge of the CBD, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money! The unit was modern, exceptionally clean and just loved the spa bath. Would definitely recommend this motel to my friends and will definitely be booking this motel next time we decide to have a weekend in Taupo.
